Dental Crowns-Dental Bridges-Implants
Crowns (caps) are metal-ceramic or all ceramic restorations, which are fabricated in a dental laboratory for cases, in which there is extended loss of hard dental tissues and a tooth cannot be restored through direct or indirect filling.
Dental bridges are fabricated, in order to restore any missing teeth. In these cases, adjacent teeth are prepared (drilled), in order to support the restoration. After getting the dental impression, they are fabricated in a dental laboratory and then, they are cemented in teeth.
Implants are the ideal answer to the recovery of the edentulous areas of the mouth. Their main advantage is that, in order to be placed, there is no need to affect the adjacent teeth.
